Learning to cook sustainably! Educational materials on vegan-vegetarian nutrition for chef apprentices

In the international project CulSus, we developed a series of competence-oriented open educational resources (magazines and video tutorials) to teach future chefs about sustainability, vegan-vegetarian nutrition, storage and preparation methods and nutritional content in a target group-oriented, fun way. The multimedia magazines contain various games, quizzes and tasks as well as links to videos, audios and supplementary materials and can both be used in class or worked on independently. The magazines are complemented by manuals for teachers and trainers that contain helpful tips, solutions to tasks and even complete lesson plans. The materials are available in English, Bulgarian, Estonian and German.
